Bobbi Brown

When the Bobbi Brown team approached Zhibang Packaging, they were planning a MONOPOLY collection and needed a box that felt like a collectible, not just another set. The brief was clear: bold colour, luxurious details and a layout flexible enough to hold different product mixes, while staying true to the playful MONOPOLY world.
Our structural engineers translated their sketches into a rigid book-style box with a fully opening front panel, so shoppers would experience a “game board reveal” as soon as the magnetic lid lifted. We selected dense greyboard for a solid handfeel and built a snug tray to keep the makeup items centred even after long-distance shipping.
On graphics, our pre-press team matched every Pantone from Bobbi Brown’s agency, testing rounds of wet proofs until the oranges, pinks and mints printed cleanly on our offset presses. To frame the artwork, we wrapped the edges with metallic gold paper and added foil stamping around the logo, echoing the metal tokens from the original game.
Inside, the palette switches to mint-green so the colourful outer lid stays the hero when opened. Custom-cut black paper shred replaces plastic vac-forms, improving sustainability and flexibility. From first white sample to mass production, every step was handled in-house at Zhibang, giving the brand one coordinated team, tight colour control and on-time delivery for a global launch.

Braided Milano

When a luxury crystal brand approached Zhibang Packaging, they needed a presentation box as refined as the hand-cut glass inside. Their brief was clear: discreet branding, a calm colour palette and an unboxing moment that felt truly special.
Our structural team started with the product first, measuring every millimetre of the long crystal piece. We designed a rigid two-piece box with a transparent side wall, so the crystal can catch the light even before the lid is removed. Drop tests and transport checks guided the wall height, board thickness and corner strength.
Next, we built the experience inside. Instead of standard foam, we proposed a stitched ivory satin cradle. It protects the surface from scratches while adding soft movement and gentle shine. The client liked that the insert can be adjusted if collections change, keeping the outer box reusable.
For the exterior, we selected warm grey art paper with matte lamination that feels like smooth ceramic to the touch. Their logo is rendered in soft foil, visible only when the light hits, matching their understated luxury positioning. All printing, lining and hand-wrapping were completed in-house, letting us control colour, glue lines and lid fit.

sephora

When Sephora’s global team planned the “Sephora Favorites LUXE” collection, they wanted a box that felt like opening a premium gift set, yet shipped flat and assembled fast in stores. That is when they came to Zhibang Packaging. Their brief: keep Sephora’s iconic black stripes, add a bold, modern interior colour, and make the structure strong enough for heavy glass bottles while staying cost-efficient for worldwide launches.
Our engineers first translated the merchandising plan into an engineered dieline. We developed a collapsible rigid mailer with magnetic closure, reinforced corners and a lock-in base that pops into shape in seconds. Multiple white samples and transport tests confirmed that the walls would stay sharp and the lid would close perfectly even after long-distance shipping.
For the graphics, we used matte-laminated black paper with alternating spot-UV stripes to echo Sephora’s visual identity. Inside, the bright coral red tray creates an instant contrast, so products photograph beautifully for online campaigns and unboxing videos. High-precision offset printing and strict colour management ensured the blacks, whites and reds matched Sephora’s brand guidelines from batch to batch.
All steps—from CAD design, printing and lamination to hand folding, magnet placement and final QC—were completed in-house at Zhibang. Yves Saint Laurent

When Yves Saint Laurent Beauté prepared to launch its Pure Shots VIP set, the team was looking for a presentation box that felt like a true couture gift: bright, optimistic, but engineered with the precision of a jewellery case. Our engineers first mapped every bottle and accessory, then built a rigid double-layer box with a hinged lid and a pull-out drawer. We tested board thickness, drawer friction and ribbon pulls until the box opened smoothly and stayed perfectly square.
For the branding, we matched YSL’s signature warm yellow and created an all-over “PURE SHOTS” pattern in subtle varnish. A clean white lid with the black YSL logo keeps the look modern and skincare-focused. Inside, die-cut inserts hold each item upright, ready for photography and counter display.

Christian Dior

When Dior prepared the JOY eau de parfum launch, the brand wanted a gift box that felt like a small piece of jewellery packaging: light, feminine and wonderfully tactile. Our engineers first translated the design sketches into a compact rigid box with two gestures: a lift-off lid and a side drawer for the miniature. For the look and feel, we matched Dior’s signature pale pink and specified a soft-touch lamination that feels like velvet in the hand. DOVE Chocolates

When Dove planned a limited-edition “love message” chocolate collection, they wanted the packaging to feel like a handwritten confession: playful, light-hearted and ready for gifting. Our engineers first designed a rigid book-style box with a magnetic lid, so it opens like a keepsake album. For the exterior, we matched Dove’s signature pastel pink and created a pattern of hand-drawn hearts in chocolate and white tones, finished with a gold Dove logo in hot stamping. Soft-touch lamination adds a silky feel that echoes the smoothness of the chocolate itself.

La Mer

When La Mer planned a Lunar New Year limited edition, the team wanted a gift box that felt like a modern jewelry case yet carried all the symbolism of the season. Our engineers began by translating their concept into a rigid octagonal structure, a shape associated with luck and wholeness. Prototypes were tested for stack strength, closure fit and ease of hand-packing at the fulfillment center.
For the outside, we chose a deep festive red art paper with a matte, velvety touch. The La Mer name and Chinese slogan are stamped in rich gold foil, while a subtle floral pattern is printed in varnish to appear only when the light catches the lid. This keeps the box clean from a distance but richly detailed up close.

Niche

When niche fragrance brand By Who approached Zhibang Packaging, they wanted a box that felt more like a gift ritual than simple secondary packaging. Their brief was clear: all-black, minimal graphics, but with a strong sense of theatre when opened. The box also needed to protect a heavy glass bottle and photograph beautifully for social media.
Our structural engineers first mapped the bottle and cap, then designed a two-part rigid box: an upper display tower and a lower drawer that slides out on a ribbon pull. The foam insert was CNC-cut to lock the bottle in place while keeping the circular opening perfectly centred. We tested board thickness, glue lines and friction so the drawer moves smoothly without shaking the bottle during transport.
For the visual language, we selected premium black paper with matte lamination, contrasted by subtle spot-UV and crisp white printing on the front panel. A long woven ribbon wraps the entire structure and ties into a bow on top, instantly turning the box into a ready-to-gift object with no extra wrapping required.

Our packaging engineers started from the product and climate. The brief: strong aroma barrier, protection during transport, and easy opening for busy households. We designed a spiral-wound paper canister with a sealed metal bottom and aluminium easy-peel membrane under the lid. This structure locks in freshness and protects the coffee from moisture and heat, while still using a recyclable paper body.
Next we worked on brand expression. Baja’s team wanted the can to feel unmistakably Middle Eastern. Our pre-press specialists developed full-height artwork with a golden dallah coffee pot, dunes and palm trees, blending soft pinks with deep desert reds. A bold yellow Arabic logo sits on a black band at the top, giving clear shelf blocking in supermarkets. Matte lamination provides a refined touch while resisting scuffs in transport.
The black paper lid is tightly fitted for repeated opening and closing and printed with the same bright logo so the brand is visible even when the can is stored in the kitchen. All steps—tube forming, metal end application, membrane sealing, printing and QC—were completed in-house at Zhibang, delivering Baja a distinctive, practical and premium coffee canister for their growing regional market.
